terms of service

video commissions

You can request a video edit to promote your business via submitting a request, and I will get back to you to organise the details regarding visiting your shop to take videos, duration of video, etc. I am providing this service in Ras Al Khaimah only.
Video prices vary depending on the length and complexity of the video.

design commissions

You can request any of the items listed on the request page by submitting the form and specifying in Commission Item which design you require. I will then contact you to ask for more details, discuss pricings, and show you drafts and options, etc.
If you are requesting a new logo, please send information about your business type and the kind of logo you want (typography, symbol, etc.). We can discuss this further after I contact you.
For a logo revamp, I will need to be provided with a PNG of the original logo.
For any other item design, I will need to be provided with your brand logo and information.
All of this will be discussed when I contact you once you've submitted a request.We offer branding and promotion packages where we build and provide all the designs for you at lower rates.Brand package includes: logo (new or revamp), colour palette, business card, brochure, social media icons/covers. Other items can be added upon request, even if they are not listed on the request page. For example: presentation templates, email templates, letterheads, etc.Promotion package includes: 1-2 minutes video, brochure, coupon, poster. Other items can be added upon request.

We provide social media management services where we create content and publish them on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Social media management includes:
- Creation of social media accounts if needed
- Profile and cover pictures designs
- Content calendars (weekly/monthly/yearly) - (2-3 posts per week)
- Hashtag strategy
- Engagement (likes/comments/DMs)

Simple revisions are all free. Major revisions are free up to 3 times, after that there will be a charge.

Social Media Management

payment

A 30% of the total price is required as a deposit before the start the work. The rest is paid upon delivery.
For remote commissions, payment can be done through PayPal.
For local commissions, for now, payment can be in cash.For monthly fees, payment can be done within the first 5 days of the month.
